Welcome to my site. It is a work in progress. On this site you’ll find suggestions, ideas, helpful reminders and knowledge gained from my own experiences as a teacher, mother and grandmother and from my years of study, as well as the advice of experts in a variety of fields. Also I’ve included recipes to keep kids and teens well nourished and healthy. Most of these ideas and suggestions and of course the recipes are for all age groups. These ideas will be gleaned from my newly published book, “Keeping Kids and Teens Safe and Happy-Helpful Tips for Parents and Grandparents,” and from ongoing reading and researching that I do in the fields of education, psychology, nutrition, physical fitness, fostering creativity, spirituality and more. Since I am a faith-filled person, faith will be woven through this website, as it is a part of who I am.
